I have been neglecting this blog and the reason is this. I have not yet found a place to develop my films in Bristol. This is partially through my laziness and partially because I know a place in London. That's not on and I will make it my autumnal mission to find a good place in Bristol. And maybe start a photography course. Anyway, it is still the summer, and in an attempt to address the lack of postings, here is #1 in a series of my photos from the summer of 2011:
CHEDDAR GORGE
A trip on 3 August 2011. Meg bought me a 35mm back for my Diana F+ so I have been experimenting with sprocket holes and cross processing another slide film.

Bristol Harbourside:
On a sunny day, one of my favourite views of Bristol is a short stroll from my flat to the Harbourside. Once on the South side, you sit outside the Cottage and look left to the Suspension Bridge and straight on to the row of multi-coloured houses which comprise Ambrose Road.
Best finished off with moules frites at No. 1 The Harbourside or a cider at the Arnolfini.

Sorry for the delay...
Ian and I have been experimenting with some film he found at work. However, due to the grainy nature of the finished product, along with the blue tinge, I'm wondering if this film is past it's best. I may give it one last run out in the height of summer, but I'll go back to 400 ISO for the winter months.
These were taken in January 2011. This photo was taken with a fish eye lens, in Canary Wharf (quiet on Sundays).
